Motherhood is Not the End of You

“Life as you know it is over.”
Someone told me after I got pregnant.

At first, I was furious. Then I was scared. 😡
I started to imagine loss. Would I ever be the things I loved after having kids…🥺😳

Sexy? Fun? Outgoing? Artistic? Goofy? Loud? Ambitious? Fearless? Spontaneous? Cute? Dorky?

I worried because in my eyes I was THESE things. And I liked being these things.🤷‍♀️

But moms? Moms were not these things. 😞🙅‍♀️

Moms are calm, organized, loving, hardworking, masterminds, conservative, and so much more… But not those things I listed above.

Thankfully, that person was so right! Life as I knew it Was over, but thank God it wasn’t in the way I expected!! 😆🙈

It’s over, as in I now have 1.567 million more loads of laundry to do 🧺🧺🧺🧺

But me?

I WASN’T OVER.

Instead of loosing me, I lost my stereotype.

I am now a Sexy, Fun, Outgoing, Artistic, Goofy, Loud, Ambitious, Fearless, Spontaneous, and Cute Mom…🤪😂

who has learned how to stay calm, be organized, be hardworking, and so much more.
